Law firms and legal departments measure various behaviors and business indicators of firm health and performance. The challenge is to identify the set of metrics that are critical to success and to create a dashboard for effective management.
This complimentary program from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute will look comprehensively at performance metric dashboards as a management tool used to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics, dashboard design, and implementation.
Using data visualizations, we will discuss how dashboards simplify complex data sets to provide leaders, managers, and professionals focused on legal operations with "at a glance" awareness of current performance. We will also explore how data can be used with Legal Lean Sigma® process improvement methodologies and project management to streamline processes, provide legal services efficiently and cost effectively, and increase focus on delivering value of the eyes of the client.
